Active Notary Commission in California
Applicants must hold a current California Notary Public commission in good standing.
Experience with Loan Signings & Real Estate Documents
Prior experience handling buyer/seller packages, loan documents, and escrow paperwork is highly preferred.
Reliable Transportation & Flexible Schedule
Must have a dependable vehicle and be willing to travel for mobile signings, including evenings and weekends.
